環帶傾倒式研掃機(MY-201)

本機乃結合環帶式噴洗機上傾倒式吊斗裝料機，便於盛裝小型鑄件，鋅鋁壓鑄品及零星工件適於整體裝卸等，唯工件盛 入環帶式研掃機內由耐磨橡皮板以低速不停轉動，噴洗工件乃由設置於由各部位之噴砂葉 輪，將鋼珠以高速且連續不斷無死角射出，珠擊工件表面，使附著在工件表面之鑄砂成鏽 皮脫落，作業後之工件表面美觀清潔，便於下一步驟之處理程序。 裝卸簡單，裝入時利用傾倒式裝料機，取出時，只要使環帶逆轉就可將噴洗工件取出。

This m/c processing is combined the tumbling barrel and dumping bucket whichconvenient for storage small castings, zinc & aluminium die castings and the odds can be loaded in whole, the processing wokpiece be dumped in tumbling barrel which rotated in low speed andcontinuously, meanwhile, the workpiece surface will be shoted steel-ball by shot wheelabrators in hi-speed and continuously, after then, the casting sand, scaling & burring etc., which adhesived on the workpiece surface will be cleaned, the processed workpiece will be shined & burnished and convenient for next step processings. Simple of loading & unloading and employed dumping bucket for loading, as for unloading which just reverse rotating of tumbling barrel andprocessed orkpiece will be unloaded.
