自動迴轉盤式研掃機(MY-700)

AUTOMATIC ROTATING TABLE SHOT BLASTING M/C

本機乃針對不適宜懸吊之工件或大型之薄形工件而設計，當工件放置在低轉速旋轉之平台上，再由設置在上方之噴砂葉輪，將鋼珠或鋁珠以高速且連續不斷射出，使其均勻地被鋼珠噴射，工件可在短時間內呈現其美觀之清潔面，便於下一步驟之處理程序。
本機操作簡單，操作人員僅需將噴洗之工件於置於迴轉工作台即可。(如圖示)

This m/c is designed against the large work-piece which is not suitable to hang for handling or large but thin ribs orkpiece those are deposited on the rotating table at low speed, meanwhile, the workpiece surface will be shoted steel ball by shot wheelabrators in hi-speed continuously, after then, the casting sand, scaling & burring etc., which adhesived on the wirkpiece surface will be cleaned in short time, the processed workpiece will be shined & burnished andconvenient for next step processings.
Simple of operating and the operator is just deposit the processing workpiece on the working table as fig shown.
